This includes your name, business name, email address, phone number, billing and delivery addresses, cargo details, and — for driver applicants — license class, experience, and any resume or document you upload.

We also receive limited technical data automatically, such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, which help us secure and improve the platform.

Client data is used to generate quotes, schedule dispatches, coordinate drivers, process payments, and deliver shipment updates.

Driver applicant data is used to evaluate qualifications, conduct onboarding, verify compliance, and communicate about opportunities.

We never sell your personal information. Data is used solely to operate the logistics services you requested and to meet legal and safety obligations.

We share information only with parties necessary to fulfill your shipment: assigned drivers, partner carriers, insurance providers, and regulatory authorities when required by law or DOT compliance.

Resume documents submitted by driver applicants are stored in a secured cloud drive accessible only to authorized BlackRoader dispatch and compliance staff.

Client shipment records are retained for the period required by transportation regulations and standard accounting practice.

Driver application records and submitted documents are retained per DOT recordkeeping requirements. You may request deletion of your personal data where applicable law permits.

We apply industry-standard safeguards including access controls, encrypted transmission, and restricted internal permissions. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, but we work to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

The platform uses essential cookies and anonymous analytics to understand usage and improve performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
