Terms of Service

By requesting a quote, booking a shipment, or otherwise using BlackRoader's logistics services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not engage our services.

BlackRoader provides hotshot and specialized freight transport, including expedited, oversize, dedicated, and long-haul hauling. Quotes, equipment assignments, and delivery timelines are estimates based on the cargo and route details you provide and may be adjusted for weather, road, or regulatory conditions.

You agree to provide accurate cargo information, including weight, dimensions, commodity type, and any hazmat classification. Misrepresentation of cargo may result in additional charges, refusal of service, or cancellation of the shipment.

You are responsible for ensuring cargo is lawful, properly packaged, and ready for loading at the scheduled time, and that the pickup and delivery locations are accessible to our equipment.

Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote and are subject to change based on accurate load details. Invoiced amounts are due per the terms on your invoice. Late payments may incur additional fees or suspend future dispatches.

Cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled dispatch may be subject to a cancellation fee. BlackRoader is not liable for delays caused by force majeure events, weather, regulatory holds, or circumstances beyond our control.

Liability for loss or damage is governed by applicable federal and state transportation law and the coverage terms in your rate confirmation. Cargo claims must be filed within the period required by applicable law. Our maximum liability is limited to the terms agreed in your shipment confirmation unless additional declared value is arranged in writing.

BlackRoader operates in compliance with applicable DOT and FMCSA regulations. Shippers are responsible for ensuring their cargo and documentation meet all legal requirements for transport.

If you hold an account, you are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.

We may update these terms as our operations evolve. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
